HISTORICAL SOCIETY

So much of our future lies in preserving our past.

Visit our Child's Play exhibit at the Blue Hill Public Library - Howard Room

Toys have allowed children to imagine their future, prepare for their life as adults and learn about the world in which they live. Children’s toys of years gone by provide a window through time which we can view that world. Through these activities, children kept house, played school, fought wars and enjoyed outdoor recreation.

Visit to the Howard Room at the Blue Hill Public Library to see the toys from the Blue Hill Historical special toy collection currently on display until the end of March.
